The Sentinel sat down with Kate Stamoulis to learn more about her for December’s edition of the Random Kid of the Month.
Q: How long have you been at St. Luke’s?
A: I started last year as a ninth grader, from Middlesex Middle School.
Q: What’s your favorite part about SLS? And least favorite?
A: I like how it’s smaller, because my other school was really big. I also like how everybody knows each other, because it’s more friendly. I guess my least favorite part is the dress code, which sometimes is a pain, but it’s okay for the most part.
Q: What’s your favorite Flik meal?
A: That’s a good question! I love the pasta.
Q: Have you ever met any famous people, and if so, what were they like?
A: I have met Jon Bo Jovi in a restaurant, we were sitting and my dad called him over when he was walking to the bathroom. He was very nice, but surprisingly short.
Q: What is your favorite breakfast food?
A: I love chocolate chip pancakes, because chocolate is the one thing that will get me out of bed in the morning!
Q: If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
A: I would love to have super speed because I could travel anywhere at any moment, which would be super convenient.
Q: Give us a little known fact about yourself.
A: I like to write creatively, and my favorite type of writing is fiction.
